Delivery Information

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail recorded service (domestic & international). If other service such as special delivery or express shipping (for international) needed, you can amend this in your shopping cart while making a payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note this:

• There are no deliveries will be sent on public holidays, shipping companies are commonly closed during the public holidays.
• No deliveries will be send on bank holidays.
• All handling, packaging and shipping fees are fixed.
• The cost of the package depends on the total size and total weight of the package that you are ordering, transport and postage feeds may vary also in size and weight. You must group your items in one package to avoid unwanted situation.
